To comply with federal law, a in-person consultation and physical exam is required to be able to utilize virtual appointments.

Sometimes life happens and the grooming appointments are booked and now we are in a little bit of a tangled mess. Medical grooming removes mats and tangles that are difficult to remove at home. Sometimes pet sedation is required to make it as stress free as possible.

While we would love to be able to address all situations at home, there are situations where more involved intervention and treatment is necessary. If such a situation should arise, referral to a brick and mortar hospital would be recommended.

International travel has its own sets of hurdles, depending on the country. The key to success is to have a plan and be prepared.
